Summer Season

Hello everyone
I hope you are all well. I am pleased to announce a few opportunities for work outs at Alvirne High School. We are currently offering opportunities for boys and girls soccer, boys and girls cross country, football, volleyball, cheerleading, boys basketball and girls basketball.   If an athlete is participating in the fall, a parent must register them on Family ID. 

Girls Soccer-Every Tuesday and Thursdays from 6-7:30. Athletes should bring their own water.

Boys and Girls Cross Country- During the summer, the workouts are on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00-7:00pm. Athletes should bring their own water.
The athletes will meet by the flag pole in back of the school.

Football- During the summer, the workouts are on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays from 5:30-6:30pm (except July 5). Skills and drills every Thursday from 7-8pm. Combine, Monday, August 9 for all grades from 5:30-8pm. Equipment hand out on Tuesday, August 10 from 4-6pm. Athletes should bring their own water.


Boys Soccer- Workouts are every Wednesday starting July 14 from 6-7:30pm. Athletes should bring their own water. 

Volleyball- Workouts are every Tuesday night from 6-8pm. Athletes should bring their own water. 

Fall Cheerleading- Workouts are every Monday and Wednesday ( except for July 4). Mondays are from 5-7pm on the track and Wednesdays are from 5-7 in the cafe and then will move to work out room. Athletes should bring their own water.

Girls Basketball- Workouts are July 12 and July 19 from 6-7:30pm. Contact Coach Girginis for more information. His email is fgirginis@sau81.org  Athletes should bring their own water.

Boys Basketball- Workouts are offered on the following dates: Every Mondays starting July 12 from 4-5:30 and every Wednesday starting July 7 from 6:30-8pm. Athletes should bring their own water.
